Traditional agencies build every website and brand kit from scratch, which takes weeks and costs ₦350,000 to ₦850,000+. At Teeya, we have already built proven website layouts and branding systems for 12 major industries. We tailor our ready-made system to your exact business details, saving huge amounts of time and passing the savings directly to you.
During your online setup, you can upload your existing logo, product photos, and company documents (PDF, Word, or images). Our team will use your exact brand identity across your website, letterhead, business cards, and 5 flyers. If you don't have a logo yet, simply choose "Design one for me" at no extra cost.
2. Domain Name Rules (.com.ng & .org.ng)
We include two official Nigerian domain extensions:
.com.ng (for companies, shops, and service businesses) and .org.ng (for NGOs, foundations, churches, associations, and non-profits).
Your chosen
.com.ng or .org.ng domain name simply needs to be available (not already taken by someone else) and not a special registry-reserved word. You can use the free domain checker on our homepage or inside Step 3 of the setup form to check availability immediately.
3. Online Setup & The No-Revision Policy
Because Teeya provides a complete 16-item package for ₦35,000/year rather than an expensive custom agency project, all your choices happen upfront in the setup form before payment. We build your website and designs strictly from the business details, colors, and documents you submit. Of course, if we ever make a mistake or miss something you submitted in your form, we fix it immediately for free.
Once payment is confirmed, your project moves through our 8 clear steps (Payment Confirmation → Review & Domain Registration → Industry Setup → Page Layout → Branding & Flyers → Website & Email Build → Quality Check → Live Launch). Most businesses are completed and live within a few working days.
4. Payment Methods (Paystack & Bank Transfer)
We offer two easy payment options right on the setup page:
1. Paystack (Instant Confirmation): Pay with your ATM Card, USSD, or Bank Transfer. Your payment is confirmed immediately and your project jumps straight to Step 2.
2. Direct Bank Transfer: Transfer ₦35,000 to Teeya Technologies Ltd — Account Number: 6503824933 (Moniepoint) and upload your payment receipt on the same page. Your project starts at Step 1 while our team confirms your receipt.

5. Client Dashboard & 5 Business Emails
Right after you submit your form and payment, we send you an email with a one-time link to create your password, along with your project summary and expected completion date. Returning clients can click Login in the top menu anytime, and if you ever forget your password, you can reset it right on the login page.
Inside your Client Dashboard, everything is organized into clear tabs: Domain & Website, Deliverables Vault (where you download your logo, business cards, letterhead, and 5 flyers), Business Emails (5) (where you view your email passwords and open webmail), and Enquiry Settings (where you can change the WhatsApp number or email address that receives customer messages).
6. Yearly Renewal & Support
Your ₦35,000 yearly payment covers a full 12 months of your domain name, website hosting, security, 5 business email accounts, and technical support. When your year is up, you can renew directly inside your Client Dashboard under Billing & Renewal using Paystack or Bank Transfer to add another 12 months.
