Welcome to Teeya Technologies Ltd ("Teeya", "we", "our", or "us"). By submitting an order or making payment for the Launch Your Business Online package or any Teeya service, you ("Client", "Customer", or "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Standardized Package
The "Launch Your Business Online" package is a complete 16-part business product tailored using the specific business information, business type, color choices, and brand files you submit during your online setup.
2. What Is Included
Upon confirmed payment of the ₦35,000 yearly fee, Teeya prepares and delivers all 16 items listed in the package: a business website suited to your industry, a .com.ng or .org.ng domain name (subject to availability), 5 custom business email addresses, a business logo (if requested), company letterhead, business card design, 5 promotional flyers, social media cover banner, WhatsApp/email customer enquiry setup, basic search visibility setup, website hosting + security protection, Client Dashboard access, and technical support for the active year.
3. Accurate Setup Details & No-Revision Policy
To keep this complete 16-part package affordable at ₦35,000/year, Teeya works with a clear No-Revision Policy:
- All business details, wording, contact info, colors, and uploaded files must be reviewed and confirmed by you during setup before payment.
- Once payment is completed and your project begins, we build strictly according to the details you submitted.
- After delivery, extra design revisions, layout rewrites, or custom features outside the package are not included.
- If Teeya makes a mistake or misses something you submitted in your setup form, we will fix it promptly at no extra cost.
4. Domain Name & Yearly Renewal
Domain registration applies to available, standard .com.ng or .org.ng domain names. Your domain name, website hosting, security, and 5 business email accounts remain active for twelve (12) months from your order date and renew yearly at the standard rate (currently ₦35,000/year).
5. Lawful Business Use
You confirm that all business names, logos, photos, and descriptions you submit belong to you or your business and are lawful under Nigerian law. Teeya reserves the right to decline or suspend orders involving fraud or illegal activities.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teeya's total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Teeya in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
