When you set up and order "Launch Your Business Online", we collect:
- Owner & Contact Information: Full name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, and business address.
- Business Setup Details: Business name, industry category, description, product/service list, brand colors, domain name choice, and uploaded files (logos, product photos, documents).
- Payment Details: Payment confirmation references from Paystack or uploaded Moniepoint bank transfer receipts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your submitted details strictly to:
- Build and launch your website, register your domain name, set up your 5 business email accounts, and design your brand/marketing files.
- Send order confirmations, your one-time password setup link, project progress updates, and yearly renewal reminders.
- List your business in the Teeya Business Directory and invite you to the Hurdle Business Community (included in your package).
3. Sharing Information Safely
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share the required registration details with official domain registries (for .com.ng / .org.ng domain registration), website hosting providers, and Paystack for payment processing.
4. Security & Account Protection
We use secure connections and password-protected access inside your Client Dashboard so only you can view your business email passwords and download your files.
