Refund Policy

Simple Summary: Because we register your domain name, set up your hosting, and start designing your brand files as soon as your order enters Step 2, payments are non-refundable once domain registration or design work has started — unless Teeya fails to deliver your package.

Teeya Technologies Ltd ("Teeya") is committed to clear and fair billing. Because our team begins registering your domain name and setting up your website immediately after order confirmation, please read these refund guidelines carefully before completing payment.

1. Immediate Domain & Website Setup

When you complete your ₦35,000 payment for "Launch Your Business Online", our team immediately begins reserving your domain name (.com.ng / .org.ng), setting up your website hosting and 5 business email accounts, and preparing your brand designs based on your submitted setup form.

2. When You Can Get a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:

Double Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same business order by card or bank transfer, the extra payment will be refunded 100% within 3–5 working days.
Non-Delivery by Teeya: If Teeya is unable to build and deliver your package after you have provided all required setup details.
Early Cancellation: If you ask to cancel in writing within 2 hours of payment before your domain name has been registered and before Step 2 (Review & Domain Registration) has started.

3. When a Refund Is Not Possible

Refunds cannot be issued once:

Your custom .com.ng or .org.ng domain name has already been registered in your business name.
Your order has moved into Step 2 (Review & Domain Registration), Design, or Website Build, or your files have been delivered.
You ask for extra custom features or design changes outside our standard 16-item package and No-Revision Policy.
