Affiliate Partner Terms, Commission Policy & SLA

Last updated: October 2026 • Effective for all registered Teeya Sales & Growth Partners.

1. Introduction & Program Scope

The Teeya Affiliate Partner Program ("the Program") is operated by Teeya Technologies Ltd ("Teeya", "we", "us", or "our"). As an Affiliate Partner ("Partner", "you"), you are authorized to promote the Teeya All-in-One Business Launch package (priced at ₦35,000/year) to prospective clients using your unique referral link or coupon attribution code.

2. Commission Structure & Rates

Partners earn a fixed direct cash commission for each verified, paid client onboarding:

  • Standard Commission Rate: ₦20000 per completed client launch (subject to adjustment by Teeya Financial Officers or Administrators).
  • Attribution Window: 30 calendar days via browser cookie tracking. If a referred visitor completes onboarding within 30 days of their initial click, commission is credited to the originating partner.
  • Paystack Auto-Credit: Referrals paid via Paystack gateway are verified and credited to the partner's available balance immediately upon transaction confirmation.
  • Bank Transfer Verification: Referrals paid via direct Moniepoint bank transfer are credited immediately once Teeya Financial Officers verify the transaction receipt and approve the project.

3. Identity Verification & 2-Part Name Matching Policy

Mandatory Identity Security: All affiliate partners must undergo automated identity verification matching their registered Legal Full Name against their 11-digit National Identification Number (NIN) and their 10-digit NUBAN Nigerian Bank Account.

Under our strict 2-part Name Identity Matching algorithm:

  • At least two names (e.g. First Name and Last Name) must match exactly between your Profile, your NIN government registry record, and your verified Nigerian Bank Account.
  • Once registration is completed, the Partner's Legal Name is permanently locked to prevent fraudulent impersonation or unauthorized rerouting of withdrawal funds.
  • Any additional bank accounts added for payout disbursement must match the partner's verified locked legal name.

4. Payout Withdrawals & 8-Hour Turnaround SLA

We are committed to the fastest payout turnaround in Nigeria:

  • 8-Hour Disbursal SLA: Payout withdrawal requests submitted via the Affiliate Console are reviewed, processed, and disbursed to the partner's verified Nigerian commercial or fintech bank account within 8 hours of submission.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal threshold is ₦20,000.
  • Bank Transfer References: Every disbursed payout is timestamped and documented with an official NIBSS bank transfer session ID / reference number.

5. Prohibited Practices & Anti-Spam Guidelines

Partners must adhere to ethical promotional practices:

  • No false advertising, deceptive claims, or misrepresentation of Teeya's pricing, delivery SLAs, or service features.
  • No unsolicited mass email spamming or automated bot harassment.
  • Self-referrals (signing up your own personal business under your own affiliate link to discount the package) are strictly prohibited and may result in commission forfeiture.

6. Account Termination & Governance

Teeya reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts engaged in identity fraud, unauthorized name tampering, or malicious activity. For questions regarding your affiliate account, contact our dedicated desk at affiliates@teeya.co.
